1. About these terms
These terms apply whenever you buy a service from Konpasu, whether you pay online, by invoice or agree a proposal with us. Wendy Harris trading as Konpasu, a sole trader (“Konpasu”, “we”, “us”), of High Hollow, Trabboch, Mauchline, East Ayrshire, KA5 5HX, United Kingdom, which is our address for legal correspondence, provides commercial conversation, LinkedIn, marketing and training services.
By paying for a one-off booking online, you confirm you have read and accept these terms. For monthly services and training, you accept them when you agree a proposal or sign an agreement with us. If a written proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies for that service.
Our Website Terms of Use cover use of the website itself. These terms cover buying services. Konpasu is not currently VAT registered, so the prices we quote are the total you pay and no VAT is added.
2. One-off bookings
The five one-off services are paid for in full first. You then choose a time for your session.
| Service | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn Audit | £145 | A 60 minute one-to-one session with Wendy, at her premises or online, looking at your LinkedIn profile and, where relevant, your company page. |
| Power Hour | £195 | A 60 minute one-to-one working session with Wendy. |
| Strategic Visibility Intensive | £395 | A hands-on working session of about 3.5 hours including a break, with one 30 minute Teams follow-up session to be taken within 30 days of the main session. |
| Roadmap | £495 | A guided working session of about 3.5 hours including a break, in which you build your roadmap and begin implementing the plan, which you own, with one 30 minute Teams follow-up session to be taken within 30 days of the main session. |
| Visibility and Roadmap Day | £795 | A full-day combined working session covering the Intensive and the Roadmap, with one 45 minute Teams follow-up session to be taken within 30 days of the Day. |
After payment you will receive a confirmation email. It includes a link to choose your time. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. If you choose a time but do not pay, the time is not held for you.
3. Prices and payment
One-off services are paid in full at checkout by card through Stripe. Stripe sends your receipt by email. We do not see or store your card details.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total payable. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance by card payment, collected automatically on the same date each month. If a payment fails, we will tell you and ask you to update your card. Section 7 covers what happens if it stays unpaid.
4. Scheduling and rescheduling
You can move a booked session free of charge once, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice for a Power Hour, or 7 days’ notice for a Strategic Visibility Intensive, Roadmap or Visibility and Roadmap Day. Please email or reply to your booking confirmation to arrange it.
If you need to move a session again, or give less notice, we may agree a new time at our discretion. A session missed without notice is treated as delivered.
We will start sessions on time. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the agreed time so that we do not affect other commitments.
5. Cancellation, your 14-day right to cancel, and refunds
Your 14-day right to cancel. The law gives consumers a 14 day right to cancel services bought online, and we offer the same right to every customer, including businesses. You may cancel any one-off booking, or a new Accountability sign-up, within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund, provided the service has not started. To cancel, email Wendy at wendy@konpasu.co.uk with your name and the service you booked. We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Accountability. The 14-day right to cancel is separate from the three-month commitment in section 7. If you cancel within the 14 days of signing up, this section applies. After the 14 days, the three-month commitment in section 7 applies. If you want your Accountability to start within the 14 days, the checkout asks you to tick a box confirming that you expressly ask us to begin straight away and that you understand you will pay a proportionate amount for anything already provided if you then cancel within the 14 days. Your tick is recorded by our payment provider, Stripe, with the date and time, and we keep the confirmation email we send you.
If you want to start within 14 days. If you book a session that takes place within the 14 day period, the checkout will ask you to confirm that you want us to begin straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days, you will pay a proportionate amount for what has been delivered up to that point. Once a service has been fully delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies.
Cancelling after 14 days. Outside the 14 day period, you can cancel for a full refund if you give at least the notice shown in section 4. With less notice, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded. We may, at our discretion, offer one rebooking.
Visibility and Roadmap Day follow-up. The 45 minute follow-up session must be used within 30 days of the Day. Unused time lapses and is not refunded.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have.
6. If Konpasu has to cancel or reschedule
If illness or an unavoidable event means we have to move your session, we will offer you a new date as soon as we can. If no new date suits you, we will refund you in full for anything not yet delivered. We will not be responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as travel.
7. Monthly services
This section applies to LinkedIn Managed, Managed Marketing, the Meta add-on, bundles of these, and the Marketing Accountability packages.
Minimum term. New monthly agreements (other than Marketing Accountability, covered below) have a minimum commitment of six months, starting on the first payment date. You agree to pay for the full minimum term even if you end the agreement earlier.
Billing. Each month is billed in advance by card, collected automatically on the same date each month.
After the minimum term. For services other than Marketing Accountability, the agreement continues month to month until ended by either of us.
Ending the agreement. Either of us can end it by giving 30 days’ written notice. Notice cannot take effect before the end of the minimum term. If you end early, the remaining months of the minimum term remain payable.
Marketing Accountability. Accountability is an optional follow-on after a Strategic Visibility Intensive, Roadmap or Visibility and Roadmap Day. It is not part of the original purchase. For new Accountability customers, Essential is £145 per month (one 45-minute check-in each month) and Enhanced is £280 per month (two 45-minute check-ins each month and a quarterly roadmap review). Each is a three-month commitment, so the total is £435 for Essential and £840 for Enhanced, paid monthly in advance by card. The agreement ends at the end of the three months and no further payment is taken unless you agree to continue. Further support can be agreed in additional three-month periods, each confirmed with you in writing before it starts. After the 14-day cancellation period in section 5, you are committed to the full three months, even if you decide not to attend all of the sessions, so the remaining monthly payments stay payable if you end early. Your statutory rights are not affected. In particular, if you are a consumer, you keep your 14-day right to cancel when you sign up, as set out in section 5. If you ask us to start within that period, you pay a proportionate amount for any sessions already provided.
Unpaid invoices. If a payment fails, we will contact you and retry. If it remains unpaid after 7 days, we may pause the service until payment is received. Pausing does not shorten the minimum term.
Changes to price. After the minimum term, we will give you at least 60 days’ written notice of any price change. Existing clients on earlier agreed rates keep that rate until we agree a change in writing.
What is included. The scope of each service is set out on its page and in your proposal. Reporting is monthly.
8. Training and workshops
Training comes in three kinds. The online workshop (£445, a two-hour live workshop) has a fixed price. Development programmes (in person £1,800 plus expenses, online £1,495, each for up to six delegates, with an optional online follow-up at £495) and bespoke programmes (full day £2,400, two days £4,500) are agreed in a written proposal before booking. The proposal sets the date, delegates, delivery format, fee and any follow-up session. Telesales and telemarketing training is bespoke in-house training, quoted after an initial conversation about your needs.
If you cancel, we charge nothing if you give 14 or more days’ notice, 50 percent of the fee with 7 to 13 days’ notice, and the full fee with less than 7 days’ notice. Travel or accommodation costs already committed are payable. If we agree a new date within three months, we will carry the fee across.
Each participant receives a course workbook as part of the training. Workbooks are for your team’s own use and may not be copied or resold.
9. Your responsibilities, results, intellectual property and confidentiality
Please give us accurate information, access and decisions in good time. Our advice is based on what you share with us.
We work to help you start better commercial conversations, but we cannot promise particular results such as sales, followers or enquiries, because these depend on factors outside our control.

We will keep your business information confidential and will not name you as a client without your agreement.
10. Liability, data protection, complaints and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or lost profits.
We handle personal data in line with our privacy notice. Konpasu is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZA447483).
If you are unhappy, please tell us first at wendy@konpasu.co.uk and we will respond within 5 working days.
